Pricing + Services

 
 

All of our services are priced at $45/hour per organizer with a three hour per session minimum. There is no extra charge for travel time unless you live outside of the immediate Columbia Area.

This time can include any of the listed services as well as time spent shopping for job specific items, donating, taking trash, acquiring boxes, etc. If you need something done that is not listed, just ask! We’ll see if we can make it work!

Occasionally when organizing a space it may be helpful to purchase items such as drawer organizers, containers, or other organizing tools. If the client would like, we will try to use things that are already in the home. If there isn’t anything available that would work well, we are available to buy these items at the client’s discretion. We will charge the client the purchase price for the item and for the time spent shopping for it.

An invoice for payment will be sent via email after the session. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, venmo, and paypal.

 

Decluttering

Most households have too much stuff. Many clients need someone to go through their things with them and help them decide what needs to be donated, sold, thrown away, stored or kept. Other clients prefer for us to work on our own and consult with them on questionable items. If you would like we are able to get unwanted items to where they need to go whether it is a donation center, recycling or the dump.

Organizing

Organizing is the next step after decluttering for some, and the only thing needed for other clients. We will ask questions to determine how you use the spaces in your home and organize your things in a way that makes sense for the space and how you live.

packing/Unpacking

This service is perfect for the client who has recently moved or has a move in their future. We enjoy packing and will do our best to pack things in a way that makes sense. Orderly packing can really help with unpacking! Unpacking is one of our favorite things to do! The storage situation in each home is unique and we can help you figure out where everything should live in the new home!

preparing a home for selling

When a person decides to list their home for sale, one of the goals is to remove as many personal items as possible so the potential buyers can see themselves moving into your house. We can help stage your home by removing the visual clutter, rearranging furniture, or packing away personal items so that your home is ready to sell!

downsizing

When you are moving to a smaller space, things have to go! We can help you decide what you will have room for in your new home and get the unwanted items where they need to go.

paper organization

Home offices and paperwork are some of our favorite things to organize. It may not make as much visual difference as organizing something like a storage room, but can be even more valuable. Organizing paper can easily reduce the amount of stress in your life and give you the gift of time!

estate clean-out

Unfortunately, when a loved one dies, the house will need to be cleared of all items before it can be sold. We are available to go through possessions and get things to the family members or charities where they would best be suited.
